Hi All, I’m having a problem with my “mp3/mp4 player- 4Gb.” When I plug it in, the pc recognises that new hardware has been plugged in but it won’t sync or respond otherwise. It plays fm radio well but if I try to record, a message comes up: Disk Error.
The Firmware Version states “LG MP3 PLAYER

Sorry for the late reply.

First of is the player an original LG player or a fake Chinese one.

Fake Chinese players have fake memory, which show
different size than what they really have.

Fixing this player is really hard if you don’t know your way around the computer. You need to format the player to the correct size. Then the player will work correctly.

Search online as to how to format the player to the right size.

hi , my friend gave an ipod, i dont know which company it is , how can i identify its company…. its firmwarwe version is tjd_1322_20…………..can u help me by saying the name of company or it is china set…………

This is definetly a chinese player. I can’t tell you which company it is from because all these players are manufactured by chinese companies. If you want to do more with your player read this website which has some really cool tools and guide to help you do more with your player.
