"The Hindu" keep doing this & watch me leave
On July 13th morning when I saw the paper I was stunned. There was a bloody picture as main story. It was about a kidnapping and encounter that was followed after that. Seriously was that picture necessary to make the point or tell me news. I thought you guys had some journalistic values and that was the only reason for reading your newspaper. Many local newspaper here are filled with pictures like that and that is one of the reason for avoiding them. I know people should be informed about news but does it need to be accompanied by such gruesome pictures. In TV at least there is a warning of viewer discretion. How is that possible in newspaper then why did you put that picture. All I can say is keep doing this and you will lose one regular reader. I know those are not the kind of words you want to hear in these Internet times.
